Beggs Easter Lily (Homestead Kickstart x Shiloh View Kahlua) 1998 Imported Purebred Section B Mare. Easter has her permanent card measuring 12-1 7/8 hands and is trained to ride and drive. She is very gentle. Great substance and bone that is getting harder to find in the Section B's. She has been great around here with the grandkids, and has most recently been shown in leadline with my 4 year old grandson aboard. She foaled a lovely bay colt in 2008, and presented us with another beautiful bay filly for 2009. All her foals have been extremely gentle and people oriented. Easter is available for purchase - $2500.00.
Zia Alice Bluegown (Pecan Creek's Timpanist x Gayfield's Bluegown) 1995 Black Purebred Section B Mare. She is literally "bred in the blue". A granddaughter of Findeln Blue Danube and Criban Old Silver, out of Gayfields Blue Gown by Pecan Creek's Timpanist. She is unshown due to an injury she received as a foal. She is a broodmare supreme - all of her foals have been excellent. She presented us with an outstanding chestnut filly by Starlit Majestic Black Eagle in 2005, who was the Reserve Champion filly for the south central region in 2007. Alice produced another exceptional colt in 2010 - an elegant black colt. No excessive white here, her foals only have minimal white markings. She is currently available, priced at $1500.00. She is an extremely easy keeper, feet never need trimming, no vices or special needs.

Pecan Creek Celestial Harp (aka Janie) (Pecan Creek's Timpanist x Pecan Creek Hallelujah Chorus) Janie, she is known around here, is a 2004 Section B chestnut mare. She came to live at PHR in 2004, and is a real favorite. We chose her for her breeding, her size, bone, substance and very correct confirmation. She is a big mare, standing around 14 hands. Extremely gentle & people-oriented, very intelligent and picks up new things quickly. Janie foaled a really big and fancy black colt in 2008 - see him on the foals and sold page. He is outstanding and has her wonderful laid back personality. She produced an outstanding foal in 2011 - check out "Bullseye" on the Foal and Sales page. Janie is offered for sale. Priced at $4500.00
Pleasant Hill Blue Dahlia (Starlit Majestic Black Eagle x Zia Alice Blue Gown) 2005 Section B Chestnut Filly. Flaxen, almost white, mane and tail. While all of Alice's foals have been nice, she really outdid herself with Dahlie. As sweet as she is pretty, I have also been pleased with her even temperament and trainability as well. She has been shown several times and has done well including 2 Reserve Junior Champions at the Welsh Spring Gold show in Katy in 2006 and Red River Gold show in 2007. 2007 Reserve Champion Section B filly for the South Central Region of WPCSA.

Pleasant Hill Leading Lady (Pecan Creeks Standing Ovation x Bristol Fandango) 2009 Section B Black Filly. Black with a big blaze and two white socks. Lady came here as a yearling, basically unhandled. She has been a delight to work with in that she has responded so well and wants to please. She is intelligent and picked up all the basics very quickly. She placed well at the Central Nationals in Tulsa as a yearling and recently attended the RRWPA silver show, placing second to the Reserve Supreme Champion of the Show. Lady will be a medium, standing 12-3 as a yearling, expected to be just under 13-2 or so at maturity.

Lady was chosen as 2011 Champion Section B filly under both Judges at the Central National show in Tulsa

Evans Silver Belle (Kenfel Show Time x Bristol Jade) 1998 Section B mare. Belle is a lovely mare that stands just under 12-2. She has a very quiet disposition and is extremely easy to handle. She was shown when she was younger and did very well, A good mother, she has had two lovely foals. She is also trained to ride and is currently doing some lead-line with my young beginner grandsons and is proving to be a really gentle and patient child's pony. Grandson has plans to bring her back to the show ring in 2012.
